1In a 16-oz mason jar or glass container, combine rolled oats , milk , Greek yogurt , chia seeds , honey , and vanilla extract if desired. 2Cover and refrigerate at least ⏱️ 2 hours , preferably overnight. Thin with a splash of milk or water before eating if needed. Add toppings the night before or just before serving.
