No-cook rolled oats soaked in milk — creamy base with optional yogurt, chia, and toppings. Keeps in the fridge up to 5 days.

  • rolled oats (not quick or steel-cut)
    1/2 c
  • milk (dairy or plant-based)
    1/2 c
  • Greek yogurt (non-fat or plant-based)
    4 tbsp
  • chia seeds
    1 tbsp
  • honey (or maple syrup)
    1 tbsp
  • vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp

Base

    In a 16-oz mason jar or glass container, combine rolled oats , milk , Greek yogurt , chia seeds , honey , and vanilla extract if desired. Mix until fully combined with no dry spots.

    Cover and refrigerate at least ⏱️ 2 hours , preferably overnight. Thin with a splash of milk or water before eating if needed. Add toppings the night before or just before serving.
